Terms & Conditions

1. Client responsibilities

• The client is fully responsible for providing accurate cutting sizes, specifications and material details.
• A valid KRA PIN number must be provided for every quote and invoice.
• Where drawings or optimisation are required, a fee of KSh 50 per board will apply.

2. Pricing & VAT

• All prices listed on our price list are exclusive of VAT.
• An ETR receipt is issued on request for every order.
• Pricing tiers are based on confirmed order quantity at the time of quote.

3. Packing

• Standard packing is a strapping roll only.
• Additional packaging is charged at KSh 250 per package.

4. Storage charges

A storage fee of KSh 50 per day per board will apply under the following conditions:

• Boards delivered to Newline Ltd for an unconfirmed order that remain idle without approval or payment.
• Finished boards not collected within 48 hours of notification of completion.

Storage charges cover handling, space and administrative costs. They will be added to the final invoice and must be settled before release of goods.

5. Tolerances & quality

• Slight variations in cutting accuracy (±1–2 mm) may occur due to material inconsistencies.
• Imperfections in board quality — such as warping, splintering, or uneven surfaces caused during manufacturing or supply — may affect the final finish.
• Newline Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any job at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure precision and quality, Newline Ltd is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the client. We strive to honour our work and maintain high standards, but Newline carries no responsibility for outcomes beyond our control.
