- Client is responsible for providing accurate cutting sizes.
- Client must provide a KRA PIN number for all quotes.
- Standard packing is a strapping roll only.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT — ETR issued on request for every order.
Storage charges — KSh 50 / day / board
Applies when:
- Boards are delivered to Newline Ltd for an unconfirmed order and remain idle without approval or payment.
- A client fails to collect finished boards within 48 hours of notification of completion.
Charges cover handling, space and administration, and must be settled before release of goods.
